This is the information you need to pass on to the teams you are sending.  If they have questions they need to call me 749-2444  cell.

Liability release forms must be signed one for each cheerleader by the parent and the coach can bring them all to checkin. www.USASF.net guidelines and rules.

November 14  9am til 1pm

SCRPA State Cheer Championship

Irmo High School, St. Andrews Rd.

Corner of Harbison and St. Andrews Rd. (free parking)

General Schedule asfollows:

Coaches Checkin 8:45 to 10am

Doors open to Spectators at 8:45am (not before, so no early birds please)

Individual/solo performers check in and warmups from 8:45am-9:15 am Individual Competition opening ceremonies for them 9:15am

Team warm-ups don't begin until 9:35am with the youngest teams first (A league)

Older teams can check in by 10am

Coaches meeting after individual competition approximately 10:00 - 10:20am

Opening tumbling on main floor also around the time of the coaches meeting for 15 min.

Open Ceremonies for Team Competition approximately 10:30am

Jump off approximately 12:15 to 12:30pm send two best jumpers from your team

Awards following jump off usually over by 1pm.

You will be given warm-up times and performance times at check in.

Bring your liability release forms to check in if they weren't mailed.

No coolers

No Glitter

Lobby bathrooms for spectators only

Cheerleaders bathrooms and locker room for cheerleaders and coaches only.  Only coaches and cheerleaders allowed back stage, warmup.

$5 for Adults
